SCOTTISH SCHOOLS' EQUESTRIAN EXTRAVAGANZA 2011
The second Scottish Schools' Equestrian Extravaganza will take place on Sunday May 1st 2011 at Ingliston Country Club, Bishopton.
Last year's event attracted 38 schools from across Scotland - with a mixture of Local Authority and Independent Schools. This is a competition that aims at inclusion and opportunity - we offer classes designed for those that are new to equestrian competition right through to those who compete in top class showjumping, mini eventing and dressage at the highest level - covering all primary and secondary school competitors ages. Ingliston too have a number of competition ponies that can be hired for the day allowing an opportunity to compete to those who love riding but who do not have their own pony. It is also a great opportunity for all competitors, parents and supporters to meet and mix with like minded people from all over the country - we know many friendships were forged at last year's event just by meeting and talking.
Ingliston Country Club is a magnificent location with a wide range of absolutely first class facilities for all competitors, parents and supporters and it is very accessible being just as few minutes from the M8 at Bishopton.
