Friends of Craigholme
Craigholme School is housed over three different sites within a few minutes walking distance of one another. Each site is a converted Victorian villa, retaining many of the original period features.
Significant investment in recent years has enhanced our facilities to include: a new nursery; advanced science laboratory; modernised and well equipped music rooms; Junior Resource Centre; and a dedicated S6 common room. In addition to these developments, the school opened a new state of the art sports development in 2007.
Sports Complex
Located on Haggs Road, on the edge of Pollok Park, our £2 million sports complex boasts an indoor climbing wall, dance studio, large sports hall configurable to hockey, netball, badminton, basketball, tennis and volleyball. Outside there is also all weather, floodlit astroturf.
Library and Resource Centre
The school's Library and Resource Centre is a popular and well-used facility. Resouce Centre staff work closely with academic departments in the area of information literacy to support pupils as they become independent learners. Our information literacy programme is embedded into the curriculum at all levels enabling pupils to: question, plan, identify and evaluate sources, synthesise and assimilate, reflect and communicate their findings. In addition, the Centre is staffed from 9 am - 5 pm providing pupils access at lunchtime and after school.
As part of our commitment to providing our girls with an enhanced study environment to match our modern syllabus, we have embarked upon an ongoing refurbishment of existing IT facilities.

Letting Services
The school currently lets the Sports Complex and/or astropitch facilities to a variety of local sporting clubs and groups all year round.
