Fees

For parents considering investing in an independent education, it is a major financial decision. However, this is counter balanced by the knowledge that their daughter is being given the best possible start in life. Our fees are competitively priced and provide excellent value for money especially in terms of our small teacher pupil ratio.

Discount available for fees paid 1 Year in Advance

The Board of Directors has agreed that any parent who would like to pay 1 full year’s fees in advance will receive a 2% discount.  This discount will not be applied to the sport levy.  The full amount would be payable on 1 September 2011.

Payment Methods
The Board strongly recommends that fees be paid by Direct Debit in nine or twelve equal instalments on the first banking day of September to May inclusive. The advantages to the  school are a regular monthly income, and reduced administrative costs. The advantage to parents is a smoothing of expenditure in line with income. A direct debit mandate is available from the Business Office. If you are unable to pay by direct debit, fees are due on receipt of the term's fee note, or on the first day of term, whichever is the later.

DIRECT DEBIT

This year we are able to offer 3 direct debit options:

 Option 1

Nine equal instalments on the first banking day of September to May inclusive. A £50 administration charge will be payable in the event of each missed instalment.

 Option 2

Twelve equal instalments from the first banking day of July to June inclusive. A £50 administration charge will be payable in the event of each missed instalment.

 Option 3

Termly payment of three equal instalments from the first banking day of September, January and April. A £100 administration charge will be payable in the event of each missed instalment.

As a consequence of further delay, parents will be asked to remove their child from the school if full payment of fees are not received by the end of each term.

 Nursery Vouchers

The School accepts childcare vouchers for Nursery and afterschool care only.

 Payment Difficulties

If you are experiencing difficulty in paying all or part of the tuition fees, you should contact the Business Manager as soon as possible.  The Business Manager will help you draw up a payment schedule to facilitate the payment of fees.

 Notice of Withdrawal

Parents are reminded that a full term’s notice of withdrawal is required, which failing, the next term’s fee is payable in full, whether or not the pupil attends the school.  This is a contractual term of your child’s attendance at the school and is always enforced.  To avoid any misunderstanding, notice should always be given in writing to the Principal prior to the start of the pupil’s last term.

For current S5 pupils, written notice of withdrawal must be given by Wednesday 10 August 2011, failing which a term’s fee will be payable.
