E-LEARNING USING SCHOLAR
SCHOLAR is a virtual teaching and learning platform developed by Heriot- Watt University and used by schools throughout Scotland and beyond. It provides high quality web-based materials covering a number of Higher and Advanced Higher courses. SCHOLAR materials aim to link the best of innovative learning with tried-and-tested educational approaches. Their use helps to develop the discipline of independent study and learning, essential for the successful transition from school to further or higher education.
