Fees

For parents considering investing in an independent education, it is a major financial decision. However, this is counter balanced by the knowledge that their daughter is being given the best possible start in life. Our fees are competitively priced and provide excellent value for money especially in terms of our small teacher pupil ratio.

These fees cover all educational expenditure, excluding books. Individual charges will be levied separately for class outings, school trips and options, such as the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.

Unless payments of fees are being paid in advance, all fees must be paid by direct debit only. The following methods are available:

DIRECT DEBIT

Option 1

Twelve equal instalments collected on the first banking day of July to June inclusive.

Option 2

Nine equal instalments collected on the first banking day of September to May inclusive.

If any direct debit collected by Option 1 and 2 is rejected by your bank, a £50 administration charge will be added to your next instalment.

Option 3

Three equal instalments collected termly on the first banking day of October, February and May.

If a direct debit is rejected by your bank a £100 administration charge will be added to your next instalment. As a consequence of any further delay, parents will be asked to remove their child from the school if full payment of fees is not received by the end of each term.

Nursery Vouchers

The School accepts childcare vouchers for Nursery and after school care only.

Financial Difficulties/Fee Arrears

If you are experiencing difficulty in paying all or part of the tuition fees, you should contact the Business Manager as soon as possible to discuss the matter and agree a method of proceeding.

Failure to do so could result in your child being excluded from school.

Notice of Withdrawal

Parents are reminded that a full term’s notice of withdrawal is required. Failing to give a full term’s notice will result in the next term’s fee being due and payable in full, whether or not the pupil attends the school. This is a contractual term of your child’s attendance at the school and is always enforced. Notice should always be given in writing to the Principal no later than the last day of the preceding term. If there is any uncertainty of a pupil’s withdrawal, provisional notice must be given in writing within the timescales advised above. When you give notice to the Principal, this letter will always be acknowledged.

For current S5 pupils, written notice of withdrawal must be given by Monday 11 August 2014, failing which a term’s fee will be payable.

Fees for Active Kids, Lunches, Duke of Edinburgh and the Bus Service

Charges for the above are invoiced monthly by the Business Office. Payment can be settled by direct-debit, credit/debit card or cheque. Invoices can be sent by post or e-mail. Please contact the Business Office for more information.
