CUSTOMER CARE

We take our link with parents very seriously and staff are always available for an informal chat. Pupils benefit enormously when they see staff and parents working together and open communication is essential to allow us to ensure that your child's time is both meaningful and fruitful.

The school recently set up a new email account to provide parents with the opportunity to share any ideas or concerns relating to the school in general. The email is accessible by the Senior Management Team who then pass the comment/enquiry on to the relevant member of staff. Please don't hesitate to email us at feedback@craigholme.co.uk

CARD PAYMENTS
The school can now accept payment by credit and debit cards for school fees, lower junior school lunch money, after-school care, school bags and nursery uniforms.

Credit cards accepted include: Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. We regret we cannot accept American Express. For each card transaction a processing fee of 2% will be charged.

To make a card payment please visit the Business Office located at 204 Nithsdale Road (Lower Junior School) from Monday-Friday (8.30am-3pm). Transactions can also be processed by telephone on 0141 423 7633.
